"The 1-hour-photo at this place is the worst. Before taking the picture, I had clearly explained to her the specifications for the passport picture I wanted. Despite that when the picture came out, it had a blue background instead of white. When asked, they said it’s because of the color of the top I was wearing and continued to charge me for it. I headed to the nearby Walgreens and asked if I would encounter the same problem here too and the lady explained how the white background had nothing to do with the dress one is wearing and also that they get to edit each person’s specifications on their computer. What a waste of time and money!"
"This location does not have COVID 19 testing, even the CVS website says they have. We scheduled a test online today, and got confirmation number in our phone. Came by this location, but the person at the window told us they never had COVID 19 testing. So we wasted our time and gas to go over there for nothing."
