"Unless you’re going to buy a bike, do not expect any customer service. I patiently waited for them to be done with a customer that was seeing some bicycles, which did not make a purchase. After 20 minutes of standing at the cash register, I still got completely ignored while trying to pay for miscellaneous items for a previous purchase I had made. I get it! Commissions are less Accessory items however pay attention to your returning customers. I will not be back to this location."

"Service Shop Review | Joaquin was excellent, competent, prompt, and communicative-worth a stop if your in a bind and need a repair. I had brought my Spec. Turbo Levo in for a drivetrain issue, lots of creaking on 6/7/8/9/10 under high load/torque going up or coming down the cassette. Initially, I asked for a new chain, and they were more than happy to oblige. However, new chain didn’t fix the issue, rode Mac and it was worse. To be fair, I didn’t ask for them to dig into the issue, just asked for a part replacement. FF 7d, I return from a work trip, bring the bike back to them first thing and they determine the cassette teeth are worn, causing my issue. They took care of me when it came to pricing on labor and replacement parts, and were prompt over text and when I called. When it comes to Trek bicycles, I haven’t ridden one, but their service, speed, and communication were impressive enough that I’ll keep them in mind next time I don’t want to slog through the wait list at other bicycle shops in SAT. Thanks guys!!!"

"Customer service here was excellent. The guys were really nice. Price was Better than quoted on the phone. $67 to unpack and assemble my sons big kid bike. They turned it around in 2 days and said if needed it could have been one. The shop is clean and the bikes are amazing looking. Can’t speak to trek bikes. Never had one. They take Apple Pay! Parking was easy and the shop sort of dominates that little shopping center there."
