"I’m still waiting for a callback from a representative after a month. I bought a go- kart a few months back and it came with zero instructions, 2 flat tires and the warranty representative told me I had to purchase tires at a lawn service company. She said they didn’t have any tires that size which is ironic since it’s a warranty for them the go-kart. I will still be seeking a refund in regards to this or contacting my attorney. Be mindful purchasing because you don’t know what you’re getting until that freight is dropped off because this company won’t compensate you back in the least if something is wrong. All they care about is money."

Ordering was simple with only a few questions about my shipping address, color, and paperwork option for the registration for in or out and state. The bike shipped very quickly and arrived with no issues in about a week. No damage other than a cross threaded bolt but I’m sure that was at the factory itself and not Arlington Power Sports.
