"Horrible customer service!! Placed an order for next day delivery. Macy's inexplicably cancelled my order and stated I would be refunded. Apparently they use DoorDash for next day deliveries and DoorDash cancelled delivery. I have yet to get my refund and it has been 14 days. I can understand if I had been the one to cancel the order, but I did not. I also did not choose DoorDash to delivery my package, Macy's did. This has been a terrible experience! Never again! Update....Macy's sent a refund, but shorted me the DoorDash fee. Again, Macy's cancelled this order, NOT ME! Unbelievable!!! FINAL UPDATE: I finally spoke to a rep that understood my issue completely. I was refunded the DoorDash fee. Full refund received. I will not be adding another star, as it took me numerous phone calls to get this done and this should have never happened. Thank you to the last rep I spoke with!"

"I always enjoy the atmosphere and scenic smell when you step into Macy's. I came to make a return and seek a purchase for an item 8 saw online and ensure it fits. An A for the first task, could not find an associate for the second task. Nice place still."

"Requested curbside, no one ever came out with my order after waiting for 30 minutes. Why offer a service if you’re not willing to fulfill it? Was given the excuse that people were parked in the wrong spots and they couldn’t find me. This was in fact false, if anyone would have actually came out they would have seen that we were in the exact # spot we stated we would be in. My order was also already scanned as being picked up when I got to the counter which was also false."
