"The lounge experience was extremely disappointing. Despite booking weeks in advance, our reservation wasn't recognized upon arrival, leading to a disorganized start. The staff seemed indifferent, changing our section without proper communication and showing little concern for our experience. To add to the frustration, prices for bottle service were unexpectedly hiked up without any prior notification. The overall vibe was off, and the accumulating issues made it too chaotic for our group to enjoy the evening."

"Parking: $20 for self parking in an unleveled gravel lot (unsafe for wearing heals) or $60 for valet parking through Cash app or cash only. Security: the female security guard reached through the key hole of my dress and stuck her fingers underneath my bra without warning or consent. I was extremely uncomfortable and felt violated. Section Price: $700 plus a random unexpected $100 service charge. Section components: very cheap sugary drink mixers. The flooring tile was damaged and unsafe for high heals. A basic light up sign and sparklers displayed for 30 seconds. Bathroom: the walk way to the bathroom has more uneven pavement. There’s no locks on the stall doors. Environment: people don’t really arrive until 12:30am, the music didn’t get good until 1am. It ended at 2am. So an hour and half of decent time for $800…there’s no dance floor, only sections so it’s very anti-social and stand off-ish. People aren’t really dancing or engaging. Just sitting around drinking for the most part. The whole place looks like it’s under construction with plastic tarp at the entry way."
