"We were here Wednesday night with a party of 7 and within about 10 minutes after we got there, the power went out due to the storm that blew through Houston. The buffet line had issues keeping pizza in stock due to the amount of people that were there. The pizza would last less than a minute once it was put out on the buffet due to the amount of people that were there. I asked the employees for some sort of rain check, and they were not able to figure anything out two to the power being out and they were trying to get a hold of somebody on the phone on what to do about the power outage. I called Thursday and Friday but the lines are always busy. I figured the power was still out in the area. I called today and they picked up and I asked if there was some sort of rain check that I can get them. They said it’s been too long since Wednesday and we can’t help you. We paid for seven people to eat in less than 10 minutes the power went out when there was about 25 people we feel shafted!"
