Coleman's 2 Ribs & Tips

I've never had a bad experience with anything I've ever ordered. My daughter has a "HIT LIST" of places to eat when she comes home. And THIS is 1st on the list!!!"

"My first time there ,by referral. Here is my experience there.. they were disorganized ,the young lady that was taking my order walked away while in the middle of me placing my order and when she returned I said that I wasn't finish .she was very rude and didn't want to take time out to answer my questions. keep in mind its my first time there , she made me so angry with the way she was treating me ! So I just took my order off and paid her for my husband's order . I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!"

"Ordered two wing and mini tips. One order was burnt tips and the other order of tips was tough. Call back young lady claim her name is Deborah and she the manager ask if we can come back. Who about to do all that just fix the food right the first time"

"On September 28,2023, I ordered 1/2 slab of ribs, small rib tips, and 4 chicken wings after waiting over 30 minutes to place my orders I still had to wait twenty more minutes to receive my order. After my drive back home, I opened up my order to find that the tips had been removed from my half slab of ribs and resold to me as a small rib tip that I had already paid for. I’ve been doing business with the sisters for a very very long time, but when the brother started working there EVERYTHING CHANGED WITH THE FOOD. Ribs and Rib tips,TOUGH! Please Stop the Resale especially when your customers has paid for their food. That’s Bad Business For a small tip “I had 7- pieces of tips."

"I ordered my food. The wait was not to bad maybe 15 minutes or so. I arrived home some 20 minutes later to find my food is covered in black pepper for which I did not ask for. I paid $14.88 after taxes for 10 wings to receive only 9. This plane charges by the wings according to the order board. I would appreciate receiving what I paid for. I tried calling 3x's... and each time it would ring until someone picked it up and hung it up!!! Gas is too HIGH to have to take this mess back and wait all over."
