"I first went to a very large store in the Colony to check out this bike. It took me about 20 minutes to find someone who could help me. The young man was very nice but he knew less about the bike then I did. My experience at the bike shop was completely opposite. I was greeted right away and Josh listened to what I wanted and was very attentive and patient with all my questions. There wasn’t the size bike I needed on the floor so he went in the back and found one. He open the box for me because I was concerned about substitute parts due to supply issues. I also wanted a different style tire in a little larger width than the stock tires. No problem they were switched out and installed on the bike. Very nice people eager to help, great experience."
