"Great store for gear if you want to do the employees jobs while they chit chat at the back or ignore you from the front. So there are now lots of jerseys left down low because we had to keep working with the stick to get items down. Reese employee since 2021 didn't even acknowledge how it was wrong when brought to his attention during checkout while the nameless ones still chit chatting away in the back. Couple hundred $ to do their job. I'll definitely go somewhere else in the future. Here's the pole we used and we were at least nice enough to hang stuff within reach that didn't fit. We were there more than 20 min searching through jerseys. It was CLEAR we were looking and needing help and mentioning it too while no employee acknowledged."

"Very disappointed. Purchased two shirts as wasn’t sure on size. Came back with the one not worn two days later, with receipt. Advised wanted credit (wanted to find a different shirt). Told I could not? But could get full refund?!? Asked for manager who acted like doing me a favor? Then found me in back of store to advise I would need to use full credit and would lose any remaining credit if not all used right then. Won’t be back."
