"One of the worst Kohls I've been to, in regards to the men's selection. Shoes, completely out of order. Shoes on display that aren't even on the rack for purchase. If you want low quality long sleeves, come here for a poor collection. If you need work out clothes, jeans, or a belt, this is your store. Anything else for men, you're out of luck. Kohls in Carrollton is WAY better. But, the customer service is pretty great!"

"My sister brought my daughter here and let her pick out some stuff… She picked out some cream and was so excited but when she got home she noticed it was a refill.. I took her back to go exchange it for a bottle one the ladies there said they needed a receipt I asked if we can use her email because it was a gift we tried her email and they said it won’t work they need the receipt… So I went and got the receipt and my husband brought her back and let her go in to exchange it … when she came out she was crying and said they can’t do it because it’s not a even exchange and they took it and put the money back to my sisters card ! So she came out without her gift and had not even a gift card to get something else !!!!! She said the lady was so rude and said idk why this girl came back when we can’t do anything! So why wouldn’t they tell me they couldn’t do anything but told us to go get the receipt and then wasted my time and took my daughter gift I’m furious!!!!!!! Do not buy Sephora at Kohls in Flower Mound !!!!!!"

"The selection of women's clothing has always been awful here. I went in recently to find a shirt, any shirt I would like, and ended up leaving. There was not even one I considered. The clothes there are meant for teenagers or old frumpy women. They need to know their demographic. No wonder it's a ghost town there. The only reason I go is for Amazon returns."
