"So I went into Leslie’s Keller, Tx…I was needing a part that my Polaris hose attaches to in the pool wall…I had been to 3 others but the Keller store had the part…so I asked Amanda what would be causing water to come out of the back of the connector and she said, “…there is probably a fracture in the threading…” so I got home and when I tried to unscrew the part to replace, the threads broke off in the fitting…easy fix to get out BUT it was Amanda’s part knowledge and willingness to share that info that saves the day…and at check out Jackson saw I had enough “points” so the part was paid for…now that my friends is service above and beyond! Keller store is my new go to Leslie’s! Great job y’all!!!"
