"This pharmacy needs to be checked by Corporate as it has gotten worse lately. Possibly understaffed but if thats the case employees need to speak up if its too much to handle. Ive waited an hour on hold to ask a simple question, drive thru line takes almost as long and recently I had the ER call in prescriptions, second day since they were called in still showed the status online as “in progress” I finally called because my pain was intolerable only to be told that ONE out of four prescriptions was being shipped from their warehouse which is why they didnt fill the others. Can you imagine!?! Instead of filling what they have in stock! A courtesy call would also be professional so I could have had the option to get my prescriptions filled elsewhere but that’s def asking for TOO MUCH."

"I just can't. They're calling me telling me my meds are ready to be picked up. I pull up at the drive through with one customer ahead of me. 15 minutes later, he receives his meds. I pull up to the window, thinking my pick up wouldn't take as long because my prescriptions are ready... 10 minutes... Still waiting."

"I am sitting at the Walgreens in Cedar Hill trying to pick up COVID meds. It is 30 minutes past the opening time of 9am. The only employee in the store doesn't know why the pharmacy isn't open, or when it will open, nor did she offer to call anyone to see what's happening. She was, not helpful at all.... I'm sharing this information because it is almost a repeat of m.y trip here on Friday. My time was completely wasted! The pharmacy did'n't have the COVID medicine my husband needed, the place was an absolute mess and the technicians were running around like crazy. Very unorganized. One tech told me the medicine I was picking up was not available and was getting ready to send me home without it. Another tech found it in the system..... This place leaves me with such a bad feeling almost every time I come. Please clean up your act if you're going to SERVE the public."

"I’ve experienced difficulties in getting prescriptions filled on multiple occasions, Long drive-through times long, and wait times inside. I have even been on hold for over an hour to staff hang up on me. I love the convenience of this Pharmacy being in my neighborhood, however, I’m looking for a new Pharmacy due to the inconsistencies."

"This is by far the most pathetic pharmacy in this area. My prescription has always been. They been working on my prescription for four days now. I will be switching to a different pharmacy, been a loyal customer for 15 years. The only fool is me for keeping giving them a chance. Each time it's the same. Walgreens, do you not understand that some medications are life threatening to people? If your life depends on you medications, DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. PATHETIC of a pharmacy"
