Walmart Pharmacy

"I’ve seen this pharmacy close its windows before the published closing time at least twice. My iPhone and iPhone watch do keep the correct time. I brought it to the pharmacist ‘s attention; she said the computer tells them what time to close so come back tomorrow."

"I had a dental appointment this morning at 1030am, my work was completed at 12:30pm 2 hours later. My nurse told me she had called the prescription in. She I arrived at the pharmacy the tech said he didn't see a prescription for me so he asked the pharmacist. Then and only then did the pharmacist check the phone messages. The tech the pharmacist is suppose to check messages every hour. Now I'm sitting waiting do a another 30 minutes until my meds are filled. This is really pathetic if I would have had the meds sent to Plano or Far North Dallas where I work I guarantee the prescription would have been ready...I see why you are rated a 1."

"Unprofessional. Poor communication skills. Poor customer service. I have not had an experience where 5 out of 5 visits I have been told there is no prescription under my name. It is, as if, I keep coming monthly for my enjoyment. The ritual follows of me, not them, calling my doctor 's office, then they find the prescription but need several hours to fill it after stating they don't have it or it is on hold. Exact same experience every time. No improvement or intelligence to do better. Not sure what the issue but they need to rehire qualified people that seek to do their jobs correctly and accurately. After last experience, transferred my prescription to Sam's club and had a completely positive experience."
