"What happened to customer service? I walked in 5 mins before pharmacy lunch to pick up a ProAir inhaler (a box item behind counter) and was told we can't fill it because we're about to go to lunch. Really, you can't pick up a box print a label and scan my card in 5 mins ?? Instead I'm told to come back in 1 1/2 hours to pick up. Guess I should use Walmart as they have a drive-thru pick up."

"I called to check on a prescription on a Wednesday and the lady told me it was ready. So I informed her I'll pick it up Saturday morning. Come Saturday & the pharmacist tell me they don't have anything for me nor am I in their system. Turns out my incompetent doctors office never called it in. So why lie & tell me my prescription was there??. I called 3 times to make sure. So I had to wait until today (Monday), bc my dr isn't open on weekends, to contact my doctor. I could have called my doctor that same Wed to figure it out if that lazy woman would've done her job."
