"I actually would give them "no stars" if possible! I noticed that I share the same problems as some of the other reviewers. I FINALLY got my dog's over-priced (in my opinion) prescription much later than promised; nor did I did get the promotional price that I qualified for. The only fast thing they did was take my payment--well, I did quickly get a survey--which NO ONE followed-up on. I agree with one of the other reviewers--it seemed auto-generated because no customer service/human was ever involved. I tried numerous times to reach them by phone (different days, different hours), emails, and surveys. Never got a single reply. I don't know what's going on there, because I did not have these problems with Covetrus in the past. Needless to say, I won't be purchasing from them again."

"STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!! My vet sent in a prescription for my cats medication to this company because they can no longer keep it in the veterinarians office. I placed an order, long story short they took the money out of my account then emailed me the next day that they didn't have it in stock. I called and was on hold for an hour and no one ever picked up. They then sent me a survey as if I had actually spoken with someone. As far as Im concerned they are fraudulent and I will be reporting them to the BBB."

"Paid the extra $20 for 1-2 day shipping because I was traveling with my pet out of town. When I realized I would not receive it in time, I changed the shipping address to my destination address so it would be there when I arrived. A couple days after I left, it was received at my home address. It was a life saving medicine so I had to pay nearly $100 for overnight shipping that arrived in three days. It was supposed to be beef flavored. It is not. Not real happy."

"At 1st glance or your 1st walk through this place seems to be a good working environment. It's quiet People are friendly friendly at 1st. Then once you start working there you start to see the job for what it really is. The managers. Out of the one i've incounter is nice her name is teresa! The other managers are off pudding. But to my a bad experience being there I was only there 4months And was assaulted by employee With no retaliation on my part and I was let go. So my word to the Wise and Unaware. The managers and HR show unforeseen loyalty And unforeseen respect to those they Favor to keep a round. All in all if you're new keep your head down because you're opinion your Feelings or concerns doesn't madder until you become an official employ."

"Absolutely horrible responsiveness to problem orders. Zero communication and zero action on their part. Just a bunch of empty promises that never seem to happen. As of today, I have waited 8 days for a package that was suppose to be delivered via UPS in two days. Guess what? It still has not been shipped yet. Ridiculous."
