Walmart Pharmacy

"Terrible service. This is the last time I will use them. I think they are just too busy for the amount of people they serve. Second time for lost prescription...saying never had it but I have it confirmed it was sent. I'll ask for a refill and they never communicate at all with me on refill status. It took me over a month to get a prescribed inhaler with each call getting a different reason why it wasn't filled."

"Lady on the phone I just spoke with was extremely rude! Abruptly hung up on me even after thanking her and wishing her a good day! No one bothered to call me to notify me that the medication my son needs is on back order. So here I am with nothing to give him! Now I have to wait until tomorrow to call his doctor to cancel the prescription to send it else where and wait all over again. The lady could have given me back up options but she didn't seem to care one bit about the situation the pharmacy has put me in."

"I highly suggest this pharmacy!!! I happened to notice they only have (as of June 2022) one star rating which is Terribly wrong! So I'm posting that this is an amazing pharmacy. I was very pleasantly surprised that a Walmart pharmacy would be like this. Every person I've interacted with over the 2 yrs we've been in haslet has been excellent. And this is the only pharmacy I've ever been to where the pharmacists will often interact with me and others without being asked. They'll call out to people in line or at the counter and make sure we are taken care of. They've many times made extra effort to get ready a prescription for me (and I've seen for others too) that wasn't ready yet in most cases because it was just called in less than 10 minutes prior. And the pharmacy techs have many times informed me of discounts available to all patients online and suggest them whenever insurance companies' coverage leaves the price very high. And if it doesn't work because I'm not eligible for the discount they'll suggest similar medication for me to call my doctor about. So they all go above and beyond to help their customers and have far exceeded my expectations in ways that I wouldn't have known were possible. I'm shocked at the low ratings. I did notice at least most other ratings were years ago so perhaps they used to be bad and I can't comment on more than two years ago. But this is currently and for the past two years by far the best pharmacy I have ever used in my 25 years of adulthood!!!"
