"This pharmacy is terrible. When the pharmacy tech doesn't know how to do something instead of asking someone to help him, he just lies and says they can't accept the coupon. When I spoke to his superior it turned out they can use the coupon. This is the second time that I have had different pharmacy techs telling me different things about the cost of my prescriptions."
"For my last two months getting prescriptions with this Kroger Pharmacy, I am extremely disappointed. After 3 weeks of trying to get ahold of anyone on the phone and being on hold for 30 minutes to an hour at the time just to hang up and give up, I am exhausted. DO NOT waste your time here. I think management needs to do a lot of improvement in their pharmacy department because this is not acceptable, especially when it’s an important prescription that is needing refilling. ALSO! My husband had to get 3 vaccines which were required for him to get, scheduled them online, just to get there and be told they do not have these at all."
