"Ordered a treadmill and paid in full (including delivery) on Nov 6th and it was supposed to be delivered before Thanksgiving. After we hadn’t heard from them and not have our calls returned we finally talked to someone on Dec 6th. They told us that the treadmill we ordered was out of stock so we upgraded and paid the difference. They assumed us that this treadmill was in stock and would be delivered in 2 weeks, definitely before Christmas. It has now been 2 weeks. I haven’t received any communication. I contacted the corporate office and was informed that the upgraded treadmill was out of stock. I need my money refunded and I will never do business with My Fitness Store again."

They also followed up later to make sure I was still satisfied with my gym. I would highly recommend them if you are looking to buy gym equipment."
"Only carries high cost cardio equipment. I was there to buy a few extra sets of bumper plates like listed on their website. Soon as the salesperson realized I already had equipment I was told "Okay. Thanks for coming by then." And left empty handed."
