"Wish I could rate it a zero. I set an appointment for a pneumonia vaccine and to pickup some prescriptions. I was 20 minutes early. Any checked in and was told to wait. An hour later the girl asked if I was waiting for something. Long story short I never did get the shot or my medicine. One of which is life saving. Not sure how this will play out"
