"Today was my second visit to A Plus auto care. They changed my oil, fixed the broken drain washer, and figured out why my new tire from Costco was leaking even though Costco themselves couldn’t figure it out, all in about 45 minutes. My first visit, I was panicking because I needed to get to Cincinatti for an event that day, and I was having brake issues. Dave got everything fixed within 2 hours and even took my car on the highway to make sure it was safe for me. I am so thankful to have these guys in my neighborhood. As a younger female that doesn’t know a ton about cars, it is so nice to know they won’t overcharge me, and will always go the extra mile to help me out!"

"The team at A Plus Auto Care truly cares. I’ve used this establishment for years. However, today’s experience will forever be remembered. I went in for a simple oil change but also needed help retrieving an item that had somehow went through my dashboard. Long story short the item is dear to my heart. "They got the job done and done right! Had engine issues with my VW Golf and went through quite a runaround trying to find somebody that could actually fix it. Finally, as another shop told me no, they followed with recommending A Plus. It means something when another mechanic tells you where to go and who you need. They tried their best to get me as good of a deal as you can get with that kind of work and after more than 5 months of rough rides, my VW is finally reliably running smooth. I'm very grateful. "Have used A plus for my personal vehicle (GMC safari) as well as my companys work truck (Ford box van). I can't say enough good things about their shop, their attention to detail/ workmanship, and doing what it takes to fix issues. The other shops I called refused to work on my safari and hung up on me bc it's "hard to work on" and "an old van and probably really rusty" (it's not) or tried to sell me an entire front end rebuild over the phone when I just needed upper A arms due to the bushings being worn out and squeaking (everything else in the front end was replaced a couple years ago and still worked well). They had new A arms done in a couple hours and also checked over the van to make sure it was in good shape otherwise, informing me it didn't need any further work. My company's work van has needed a lot of attention due to another shops complete incompetence during an engine install and brake replacement causing among other things- the exhaust to fall off/ rattle, oil and coolant leaks, and numerous electrical gremlins. It went to 2 other local shops who dismissed the issues as "old work truck problems" or simply refused to look into them. A plus has taken great care in tracking down and fixing the leaks, electrical issues, and broken parts the other shop brought upon my work truck and keeping it on the road. So in short, A plus is thorough, reasonably priced, and an all around great shop to deal with."
