Reviews of Jiffy Lube
"Stopped by this morning (3/2/2024), and had a really good experience. I was in for an oil change and was out in what felt to be around five minutes. Top quality professionals who know what they're doing. I will definitely come back in the future!"
"Took my 2020 Hyundai Sonata for an emission and ID/OD inspection. This location is first come, first serve for inspections. So I arrived early and they began working on my car right away. I was asked to fill out a sheet for the service I wanted, which included my name and car info. Shortly after, several others walked in for service sand I thought, "Whew! Glad I came when I did"! So in no time at all, my car was ready to go! Great I thought! Until a store associate called another first name. So the person's name that was called, went to the counter, but her car was not ready. Mine was, under her first name, with my last name. Um ok. So I hopped up and noticed that her first name was similar... cool, so can you fix it? Then I waited for the associate to come back after being outside for awhile, to ask me how to spell my name again. So I did. The receipt was corrected, but I was told they still had to "update my paperwork". Then another 30 minutes passed, as they pulled my car back in, inspected it again (I assume wrong inspection was done initially), but no one said a word to me as I watched this transpire. So I am a healthcare manager and if one of my patients encountered trouble, as a manager, I would personally apologize. I think the least they could have done is say, "hey we messed up, we have to do the correct inspection now, and WE ARE SORRY your wait and for the mistake". But I never got this. Then another man comes in and asks again how to spell my name, so I told that man once again my info. He then said he was correcting it and bringing my car out front. I am not mad at the mistake. Frustrating, yes! But we are all human, and all make mistakes. But customer service is everything! Please do better. Thanks."
"The employees were very nice and welcoming and explained everything in terms that I understood. They were very thorough in making sure my car was in top notch shape when I left. Thank you Jiffy Lube!!"
"Should i escalate or just move on? This morning I had our Jeep Patriot oil changed at Jiffy Lube. It was conventional oil as we only put 3000 miles in over a year. While i normally change the oil myself, it was just too cold. I went to add an additive later, and the oil was very dark carmal. As someone who changes the oil on our Infiniti, Jeep, and BMW, I am aware of how oil should look. I think what happened is they just did not drain it all the way, but for $50 for basic oil, it needs to be done correctly. I contacted Jiffy Lube and was told to bring the Jeep back. I told them they could use the oil in the jeep if they wanted to, which was oil for the jeep and the oil for our BMW. They added both to the jeep. They did not read the oil grades.I felt attacked by the employees, and they were pushing the blame on me for not explaining there was different oil grades. I was so uncomfortable that I had to call my wife for her to record our conversation. After this, they were nice. So nice that they redid the oil change and upgraded to Synthetic high mile. When I say nice, I mean abnormally nice along with apologies. I believe one of the employees was on the phone with his manager, and realized what a big deal this could have been. The girl told me if there was anything wrong like knocking to bring it back."
"It was the absolute quickest and easiest emissions test I have ever had. Excellent customer service! Plaza tire and everywhere’s else I went had at least 3 weeks before they could get me in. I pulled up and someone greeted me and took my truck and information and within 20 min I was done and on my way. I will from now on always come back for this test. Thanks jiffy lube on salt lick, St. Peter’s Missouri. Fantastic job!"
