"i purchased some mens underwear and undershirts at this store, i had to return both. the underwear was way bigger than the size i bought and the t shirts were different sizes in the same package - even though all laelled XL. when i went in to return the underwear first, i was told that i cant return underwear. they finally allowed this since they were unworn. later, when i found the way too small t shirt, i took in in along wtih an unworn one from the same package, (i wore one and could not return it) they told me i could not return them because i wore one and because i didnt bring in the one that i wore. it took me about three weeks to get back to the store to return this item. i asked for the manager and an orage haired woman came up with lots of face piercings and told me that she could do nothng. i aksed her to call her supervisor and she waid simply, 'no'. then she said whe wasnt available for a while. i asked for her name and she said 'no'. by this time we were raising our voices and she woould not do anything for me whatwoever."
