"I’m not confident that Aldo is a legitimate business. Their customer service is very poor. I ordered a pair of men’s loafers and received a completely different shoe (women’s heels). The customer service phone number didn’t have any mechanism to talk to a real person, so all I could get was an automated message saying that “Your order has been delivered”. Their online chat said it was down due to a technical error. I was finally able to make the return by going to a local store, but it took 16 mins for the employee to figure out how to do the return."

"Jerel is an absolute star - I never go to malls anymore but recently went with my bf to galleria shop, he not only gave us both personalized intentional recommendations which were equal parts genuine and also beautifully tailored to our individual and natural needs.. He also took SUCH great care w/ five star attention detail from start to end, as if shop was truly his own - Jerel took pride in the fact he cared for his place and part within the company he represents and it shined throughout the entire experience. Not only knew product specs offered front to back but also very knowledgeable on alternate styles, sizing, availability etc I have worked in wide range of hospitality, high end retail and real estate in Clayton, CWE, Brentwood, Ladue etc etc for well over 20 + years.. and I could only dream of having an employee who took such effortless seamless ownership - while also making me feel welcome and comfortable enough to stay while, take my time and ask questions as needed. He provided just enough brand awareness without a ‘too much’ feel that way too many companies shove down throats. Truly showed hospitality from a genuine kind and professional place if I could give 10 stars I would - will def be back and share my experience with others."

"I ordered 2 pairs of shoes online only received one pair and the other I haven't received yet. I called customer service they were supposed to refund me my money but instead I see an email saying that my shoe have shipped and I'm supposed to receive them today. I have called them twice because now their saying that there's an error with the order because they tried to deliver them Easter Sunday and no one was home. This place is full of bs and I will never order anything from their website again nor will I recommend anyone."

"If I could give 0 stars, I would. Not for this particular store but for online. I ordered a necklace just one day before and I go the check the tracking/status, and it says my order was CANCELLED and that I paid nothing. I called customer service just to be told that the item was OUT OF STOCK and that I will be getting a refund because the closest store with item in stock was Kansas City or Chicaho. Who's fault is that? Theirs! They need to do a better job of updating their website for when their inventory is low or out of stock instead of having their customers go through the process to PAY for something only to be disappointed and anticipating nothing. I will never order from them again."
