Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant- Springfield

"A very cozy and intimate restaurant in Springfield. I've enjoyed eating here for several years now. They always have a very good core menu, and rotate through with delicious seasonal options as well. We had the crispy brussel sprouts for an appetizer, which were very crispy and the Sriracha aoili gave them a nice kick. I had the chicken Madeira, which was very well cooked and topped with amazing mushrooms. It's a little on the pricey side for Springfield, but definitely worth it."

"Nice place, especially if you enjoy drinking wine. We were here for our anniversary,. Hostess asked if it was a special occasion, stated our anniversary. No special treatment or recognition after that. Food and atmosphere is nice"

"Wow! Blown away by this great place. First of all, it’s a wine club and has the infrastructure to support that. Then it’s also an INCREDIBLE restaurant. I had the grilled salmon but was blown away by the wasabi mashed potatoes and Asian slaw. Amazing flavors and combination. The pretzel bread was exceptional as well."

"We made reservations for dinner on Sunday evening, though they ended up not being needed. The staff was very courteous and seated us quickly. Our server was Ellie B, who was amazing! Very attentive and wonderful. The food was cooked perfectly, absolutely delicious. We ordered a bottle of wine, both got surf and turf with filet medallions (salmon and grouper), and deserts. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend visiting!"

"One of our favorite restaurants of all time! We came back for my birthday and brought friends who had never been. The experience was wonderful and the food was delicious, as always. They brought their artisan cheese plate back for the season and I enjoyed the new cheeses and toppings. We also had the southwestern egg rolls, which are always a hit. We drank a bottle of romance red wine, which I order every time I go, and a bottle of passion fruit wine. I had never had the passion fruit but it was very light and tasty. For our entrees my friends had the special which was filet medallions with lobster gratin. They both loved it. I got my all time favorite braised short ribs and my fiance had the salmon which we'd never had before but was fantastic! Service was wonderful as always. Will return soon."
