"I have been with this company since 1987 and just in the past 7 or 8 years have problems with representative collecting premium payments monthly either in person or by mail. Tried to do two months payment and the posting of this was terrible. These are my children's burial policies and at this point getting new insurance would cause a hardship not only to me but them also. Do anyone at this company care, does longtime loyalty matters? I am hoping for improvement. 8/8/23 This company has gotten worse always misplacing premium books and never want to take blame for it. Kemper won't do anything to help solve the problem either."
