"Called 3 hours ahead of time to make sure my pizza was ready at a certain time. Crazy amount of people waiting and really busy. I understand waiting a few minutes when it's promised for a certain time, but 30 minutes and still nothing! I got a refund and walked out."

"We ordered dinner at 5:30. We were told delivery would be at 6:30. At 6:27 received a text saying Maria from doordash had delivered it. She left her # but when we called her; she could only respond in spanish!!! No delivery at our home. Called Malnatis & the Manager was terrific about trying to reconcile the issue. She reissued the order.. Please understand this is the 2nd time this has happened with doordash drivers who can't speak English !!!! And doordash left another message to call them but gave no number & it was listed as restricted!!"

"Look at the spaghetti photo! Huge SOLID burnt scraps and less than half covered with sauce. Pasta was dry and stuck together. Who could possibly pack this? Beef Sandwich $13. Bread hard and dry and most of the beef was dried up, absolutely zero gravy. We called. They said they'll replace the spaghetti, come get it. Don't they deliver now? We offered to send a photo, they declined. Not interested? The public wants to see these photos and know that our favorite Italian restaurant won't be seeing me again. Not worth mentioning, the salad was good. Bottom line.... LOU'S STOLE $30 FROM ME! I WANT A REFUND! 2 YEARS AGO: The best quality at good prices."
