"I would not recommend this place to anyone. They get your business then treat you bad. The lady that did my policy gave me the wrong day to pay my bill. Then I got hit with late fees. Then when I went up there they said it was nothing they could do. Told me I didn't have to pay it and that I could find me another insurance company. Very rude and unprofessional. No good communication skills."

"I would never recommend this place of business, if you want to call it a business. I stopped by yesterday to get a quote for auto insurance. The young lady was there, was so rude. When I would ask questions, she would just act like she was typing and give me sarcastic answers. Then she would just completely ignore any other questions. When finally she just tossed me , my driver license and said to just to get out and she wasn't going to help me at all. That she didn't need my business, i can't believe someone would hire somebody with a terrible attitude. Worst customer service I had ever experienced. Don't waste your time here, just go somewhere else for insurance."
