"Agent was Gabriella (sp?) was very helpful and had the issue resolved in under 5 minutes. The 4 stars is that the portal timing was questionable. I logged in and received a message 1 in 1 wait 5 minutes. This message came up 4 times. If I was 1 of 1 I would have expected to be taken right away. Then a window popped up asking for my email address and once I hit enter the chat window closed. Resubmitted request again and was answered right away."
