"Terrible place, if you want to receive bad treatment as a customer then this is your insurance company, they talk to you on the phone in an inappropriate way, they put you on hold for a long time, I complained directly to them, I told them that this type of treatment could make you lose a client and in response I had a NO MATTER.. Surely there are other more qualified agents, today my insurance with them concludes and I will surely be looking for another insurance office but I will not return to this one again"
