"Do not go to these people. Ever since the Texas Freeze has came Koshi has ignored my emails about the busted pipes that I am trying to situate for my parents home whom are almost 80 years old, and when I call him today he mistakenly claims that he thought I was a solicitor after I called him back for why he hung up on me and cursed at me. They just want to sell you the policy they do not care about you and will not reply for a month if you having a crisis and trying to get some help for the damages that happened during the freeze. I am calling the head quarters of the insurance company he is working with and sent him the following email (see attached pic)."
