You can definitely tell they didint want to be there to assist the customers. They’re name was Sam and there was another bigger lady ."

We 1st called the one Antoine and they were rude & it seemed they were lazy and didn't want to help. Samantha on long point went right on and handed things IMMEDIATELY. She was so kind and stayed on the phone til we got it all handled. We so appreciate her attention and kindness she gave to us. Thank you Ms. Samantha so much we appreciate you."
