"Community Health Choice has started drafting unauthorized amounts from our bank after our policy has ended. We renewed with another insurance company and even sent in a cancellation notice, but they decided to start charging us $146.26 twice already in the month of December alone. Our payments each month were $5.29. I have spent hours on the phone on hold and no one will ever answer or call back. Since our policy has ended, I can't log in to try to stop them. Stay away from Community Health Choice unless you like to have people just take money from you."

The website when trying to set a PCP and the phone automated attendant could use some improvement, but again the best part of Community Health Choice are the people that help me by phone."
"Good Luck trying to get a member service rep on the phone. I tried for 3 weeks multiple times a day, instead got a voicemail saying that the call volume is too high and then to rate the agent that I didn't speak to?? On top of that I was trying to cancel my plan, finally after 3 weeks got a hold of someone and was told it's too late to cancel it and I need to pay for my plan and my new plan too. smh."
