"This has been the worst insurance company I have dealt with it has taken over six months and they still haven’t been paid. I keep getting excuses as to why I haven’t been paid. I keep getting told that I am priority. Six months later I still haven’t gotten a check AFLAC is probably a way better choice than this company. combined insurance is also better they pay out in 10 days versus six months. Don’t waste your money with this company. It’s been nothing but headaches. If I could, I would give them zero stars."

"Although I initially gave a good review, seemed like the policies had a lot of value, the whole experience with Triada over a couple of years turned out to be a big disappointment. While they say the claim forms are the easiest you'll ever use, that's a big NO. A lot of time was invested with their monthly "check in's", all to get no where when a claim was initiated. Don't waste your efforts."
