"We took the car in for service for a scratched and dented door due to scraping a concrete wall at a parking lot ramp. Very minor looking damage. The work they did was excellent. 2 yr old car looks like new. There was not a speck of dusk inside of the car after they cleaned it. The only negative was the customer service did not give us an update on the progress. We called numerous times and got different answers each time. Service is a 10 out of 10. Customer service is a 5 out of 10."

"Windshield was replaced at their location due to needing a calibration for my front facing camera. The moment I was in the car I noticed the absolutely terrible work that was done mounting the electronics. The housing was not aligned or mounted properly. The camera that should be inside this housing was outside the housing, and the camera moved around freely. How can a calibration be performed with a camera that isn't stationary? How could work this bad be acceptable to anyone who takes even a little pride in their work? The answer is that it can't, but this is what happened. The job was so bad, so visually apparent, that I know this technician didn't know what he was doing. Instead, he lied to me about the job having no issues and released the car back to me. I've attached before and after photos to prove my point. Management is working to fix the issues, but I'll have to take it in again, arrange to be away from work, be without a car, arrange for transport back and forth, etc, all because they couldn't do the job. In the end, I know they'll get it right because I'll make that happen, but it's too late to make amends. This level of poor workmanship is unacceptable. I will never use Gerber or Glass America ever again."
