"I was sold a defective product eligible for exchange only. Was faced by a manager named Pam with a request for a replacement product. Her attitude was as if I was an annoyance to her while making my request for the exchange. Initially, Pam agreed to make the exchange. Reacting to her behavior I explained that it was a matter of principle that if a product doesn't work a customer should have the right for exchange. Suddenly, Pam snatched my exchange off the counter and said, "Enjoy, have a good night." She left my defective product on the counter and disappeared into the back of the store. I'm still trying to figure out where I went wrong... maybe going into the store in the first place?"
