"PART 2: I returned to Community Honda on Monday 11/7/2022 at 7 am. I initially spoke with Jim Vandenbergh upon arrival, and told him why I had to return so soon after the previous Saturday. I also showed him the picture of what was on my garage floor. He processed my concerns quickly, and consulted with Kamron Mikuta, who processed my initial visit on 11/5/22. Together, they had the service technician(s) take care of my car, and correct the errors previously made. I was provided with a solution to remove the oil stains from my floor, and accessories to apply the solution. I was also provided the opportunity to return for a similar complimentary service in the future. Kamron gave a complete rundown of the concerns that were addressed, and I was pleased to receive a freshly washed car, that had been wiped down before I received it. Now that, is customer service! Thank you, Community Honda, for owning up to, apologizing, and correcting the issues I presented. The moral of this story is: Everyone deserves a second chance."

"Technically, I guess I used the service department for the free car wash that I get from purchasing my car from Community Honda. I have had 2 car washes there. Today (3/16) Cisco did my car wash.
