"This business makes up their own rules. It's a personal business so they do what they want. They wanted to charge us extra for an x-ray machine the doctor purchased to take x-rays for braces. And even though we have insurance they make us pay up front or we will not be seen by the doctor. They say once the insurance pays them we can ask for a reimbursement. The girls at the front desk are not professional or helpful. They always say you need unnecessary procedures just to make more money. They wanted to adjust my sons underbite before putting braces on him so I went somewhere else and it wasn't even necessary."
