"All Kids is the best my daughter had to have a baby root canal and a cap put on her teeth and they were so patient and sincere when it came to her being concerned at the age of 5years it just amazed me. At first I thought she would be paranoid about the dentist after getting shot in the mouth but the staff made her feel so comfortable to the point my child wasn’t even bothered now she can’t wait till her next visit lol which is in two weeks. Love you guys!"
"Unfortunate Patient, 1/24/24 My name is Zelrania and I am making this complaint on behalf of my nonverbal 5 year old son. As a parent of an autistic child I have adapted to body language for communication , face with unfair acts, and ignorance. So I know when to remove myself and child from further inappropriate actions. Today my son had a 3:00pm appointment with roosevelt alstar dental, which he had been going to prior for 3 years. I had arrived early and checkin with a receptionist that was very professional. Because of my son condition he was very irritable and scared. So me and my mother was trying to calm him down as much as possible. Thats when a new receptionist came to front desk, (not the one that check me in.) Listening to my mother and I conversations about trying to calm my son and not trying to use too much pressure on holding him down when we head back to gets xray or teeth scan, the unprofessional receptionist wanted to inform me that only one person can be allowed back, which is new for me since the time I was there me and his father was allowed back when his teeth was removed. Unprofessional receptionist said “that’s not true, only one person. So I redirected my conversation with my mother, which I stated “The last time we (me & his father) were here we able to go back there together because of his condition, if I knew that i would never ask you come.” Unprofessional receptionist then interrupted my mother and I conversation again and said, “We have trained staff, we know what we doing. Trust me you got the right one today, trust.” That is when I acknowledge my non-verbal son and told him come on so we can leave. Sadly the unprofessional receptionist was african american and lack class. She was very ignorant with her tone and body language, which why I feel my son should not receive any service anymore. Because I am also an african american and understood her choice of words (Slang) very unprofessional in workplace and to patient of an autistic child. When I wanted to speak with someone minutes later after walking out on my appointment who held higher authority than that receptionist, I was denied to talk to anyone or even informed a name to all who was involved. We was the last patient of day which I sure someone had time to talk me. Unfortunately I left work for this appointment that I didn’t get to have because of your lead receptionist being inconsiderate and unprofessional. I hope this complaint gets some form disciplinary action or superior discussion to how to properly communicate in workplace to patients. Also understand how hard it as a parent with autistic child and bare minimum resources we have. To avoid anyone else having this happen to them. This report will be on your google review page, sparks autism parent chat platform, and autism parents of Illinois facebook page."
"Very clean, gentle with my babies; which was A1! friendly environment.excellent Fast Customer service. I had an 9:00 am appointment and was taking straight to the back after registration. I loved when I asked a question they listened first then gave me accurate feedback❣️ I appreciated all the staff that assisted my children their father and myself."
"My son had a visit today, and eventually he became rowdy throughout the procedure. They surgeon and assistant made sure that my son was comfortable and not afraid. It was quick and painless for my son. By the time we made it home he was back to normal."
"Today I took my toddler for his first dentist office visit at All Star Dental & I am very glad that I chose this location. From the receptionist to the dentist, our experience was pleasant, professional, and comforting. My toddler left feeling proud and excited about how well his experience went."
