"Bought 2 cars from this dealership back in 2006 Still have the cars. Purchased a 2021 RAV4 with 57k miles at Ziegler Infiniti in Hoffman estates,found out later it has a manufacturing defective passenger side headlight.Excesive condensation by just driving the vehicle on dry days. Couldn't even get thru the service department to make an appointment to have the vehicle inspected.Ended up going to Lombard Toyota, there the service representative told me that because of the mileage there is no warranty on the headlight. Can't even tell which one is worst. One thing is for sure, I would never recommend either one of this delaerships."
