"Do not buy your Honda from this dealership. They do not stay behind their cars and NEVER buy warranty from them. You will just waste your money. 5 years, since day one, we came to them with the same problem, and they never fixed it. Now, after 5 years, they said it is a problem with software, and i need to pay $809 for an update, and it doesn't covered by warranty (extended warranty purchased from them). If I don't want to update, I have to pay $135 for checking the same problem, SAME problem for 5 years. I refused to pay for update $809, I paid $135. When you buy a pc, tablet, or phone, you never pay for software updates. PS. 3 weeks after their respond, NO ONE contact us. So, don't trust their responds and promises. My next step will be repot to BBB."
"UPDATE. I am truly outraged by the owner's response. I read reviews from other car owners and saw that all the owner's answers were the same, that is, just a standard answer to all complaints. In fact, no one is trying to fix anything or contact you. In addition, literally two days after visiting the service station, they received another invitation from the manufacturer to fix a technical problem. And the last time I was there, they already knew that this needed to be fixed. But they didn't tell me anything about it. Why is this done? So that I come there again and waste my time observing the bad attitude towards work and clients! REVIEW. This is the second time I’ve done maintenance on my car and the car wash doesn’t work. The employee did not inform me that the car was ready and I waited an extra 1 hour and 30 minutes until I went to look for it myself. When I said that I wanted to contact the manager, she replied that he was busy and no one returned to me with an answer. I hope to never see this station or their service again. UPDATE. "I purchased my Honda Pilot EX-L/2012 from Polly Honda & all my regular maintenance and other repairs were done at this location. I was very happy for the quality of service and the prices for the services for over 12 years.
