"I tried to avoid posting this review. Brought my 23 Altima in twice because the weather stripping around my window/door was faulty and letting air in. They kept telling me it wasn't a problem and I would just have to live with it. Kept getting tossed around between sales, service, and corporate and no one would help. At one point the service tech hung up on me. I called the service manager and left a message about it but he didnt call back. Its unfortunate because I used to have a great relationship with my salesman there but can't continue to bring my business there after being treated so badly. Now I'm pursuing getting out of the lease through the lemon law which is frustrating and too extreme but its my only other option. I just wanted the window fixed."
