"Well, I was wondering to share or not my last experience with them and decided to do it. My car did not start a few days ago and I checked out the common problems about that. Called Albert for his opinion and he said it could be a problem with the starter. I live 20 miles away from their shop and called one towing company to pick up the car to bring it there. Of course, I paid for it, and when my car was there, I received a call from Albert who screaming at me he won't take the car because the guy from the towing company had a problem with him in the past. I asked Albert how can I know that and what to do in this situation?! His answer was unbelievable: he said “ I don't care “ This is a perfect example of a customer orientation attitude and how they treat their loyal customer. I have to mention that I have been using them many times in the last 7-8 years and I recommend them to friends. Now you're trying to wash your hands. You didn't recommend a tow service. Cheap or expensive tow service is not a problem in this situation. The tow guy brought the car in a different shop and they accept my car and fixed it. I didn't know them, but they did a great job. I have not problem spending a few hundred dollars for that but is not fair. You put me in situations that I have no control and choice. The biggest problem for me is your attitude to me and your answer “ I don't care” So, I will stop to waste my time trying to explain my point to you because how you said “ I don’t care”.
