"I ask the lady to test my battery to see if there was a problem with it. When she came out, i had the car started. She ask me to turn the car off. The car wouldn't start back up. Long story short the lady left me and don't pet much afford to help me get the car started again. I had to call a family member to get the car started again. Very poor customer service."
