"Hmm, DISAPPOINTED with the oil change service. No 20-point inspection. I watched the whole thing. No inspecting or filling tires, air filter, underneath, fluids, nothing was inspected. Should of at least charged less since there was no labor involved for the "inspection". It was stated on the receipt. On another occasion, I was also surprised that they charged my parents $6 for adding air to the tires. WOW, even dealerships and other mechanic shops will do that for free. What a way to loose new and repeat customers for something so petty. Very disappointed."
