"My experience with this establishment was top notch from the car breakdown to the finished touch of a washed repaired vehicle. Dwayne was professional, personable and made my unfortunate experience a simple and seamless resolve. Dwayne communicated swiftly, with clarity and pertinent information. He followed up with me to let me know he was willing to assist with getting my vehicle to his shop, and returning it upon completion. Stellar service! That initiative was a welcomed gesture and I'm now a repeat customer first all my maintenance and repairs."

"While they repaired the issue, the customer service needs some improvement. I had to call them frequently to check on the status. And when they said it would be ready in a “couple of minutes” and I should come pick up the car, it actually took another 60 minutes to be exact, waiting at the shop. They should’ve been more clear in their communication. Also, my break fluid and engine oil lights were on and they didn’t address those issues, said that would require another appointment, which seems ridiculous. When it was owned by the original owners, they would apprise me of the repair time and let me know everything that needed addressing. I won’t be returning."

"The assessment report (included with the oil change) on my son’s Mazda 3 hatchback was very thorough. There was no pressure to have work done there (my son lives in Chicago). The shop was very clean and the manager was friendly. If you want a next day appointment, I suggest calling them rather than doing it online to get a more accurate time frame."
