From beginning to end, Tim, Mike and Gus took care of EVERYTHING! They worked directly with the warranty company - which was one of the greatest aspect of it all. I ended up needing a complete engine repair and from the very beginning they had open thorough communication, loaner car transportation for me, and immense amount of knowledge regards the process, the work, and the timeline. "Was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to make an appointment. We discussed what I wanted done to my vehicle. I was told that they would order the parts needed so when I arrived they would have the necessary parts. I was asked if I was going to wait for my vehicle and was told it would be about an hour. I was happy because my vehicle was done in a little less than an hour and I was told that they had done a little more on my vehicle at no extra charge. I also found out that they participated in a program with Costco members get a discount on work done with Cars of America. I definitely will bringing all my vehicles here for service."
