"We purchased a Certified CR-V EX on 2/14/24 and had to return to the dealership to resolve some open items that were missing from the vehicle as referenced on the 182-Point checklist. We had the pleasure of working with Patrick Worth in the parts department ordering floor mats. Patrick provided the tracking information and had the mats delivered to our home prior to the expected delivery date. We had the pleasure of working with Evan Sanchez in the service department to have the 2nd key fob programed. Evans team also addressed the concern of the engines hesitation in starting. They repaired a loose wire in the starter and provided the 2nd key fob. Both gentlemen were very attentive, professional and customer focused. We were extremely pleased with Schaumburg Hondas repair and service department personnel."
