"ABOVE & BEYOND best describes the experience we had the pleasure of enjoying during a recent unanticipated vehicle challenge we were faced with during our visit to the Naples, FL area. We took a chance and made a call late on a Saturday afternoon and left a voicemail message knowing the business would be closed for the weekend. Our need was of an urgent nature given our circumstances yet we were willing to accept it may be Monday before we receive the services required to satisfy the assistance we were in need of. Within minutes we received a call informing us that our service inquiry would be forwarded immediately and we would be receiving a followup call shortly. Again, within minutes we received the second call directly from Tim Olsen whom proceeded to listen, respond and engaged in a more than kind and supportive manner. After informing us of the resolve he encouraged us to reach back out to him should we have a need for any further assistance, which we did and Tim personally drove to our location and resolved our vehicle issue all within an hour. This level of service is an exception in any industry in todays business climate, especially in the automotive technical/mechanical support industry!
