"I somehow ended up booking Allegiant flights with this company. The flights were canceled, and they said they issued us a travel voucher. When I went to redeem the voucher, they wanted an additional 1200 than what was listed on allegiant’s website. When I said something about the price difference, he put me on hold and said his supervisor said to refund us our money. It’s been 30 days and no credit has been issued. Andrew Palmer is the representative I dealt with. I am opening up a fraud case with Amex and will be reaching out to the FTC. It’s a very tricky scam where you think you are dealing with Allegiant booking agents."

"This must be a scam. I purchased a flight and canceled it before the call was over. The rep Jeremy stated that we would get a full refund. The airline charge was refunded but we were left with a 125.00 charge. I emailed Jeremy and called multiple times to get the full refund. I haven't gotten a response back and the call center keeps brushing me off stating someone will call me back. This has been going on for over a month. Now when I call Jeremy or the toll free number i get a message saying I can't make a call from my area to the number! Never use this site for anything!"

"BEWARE Unsure how this company is still operating, total fraud. They use the Allegiant logo and you are led to believe you are dealing directly with the airlines or one of their authorized agents. When I tried to cancel they stated that a voucher credit was sent to Allegiant. When you call Allegiant they state that the voucher is in someone else's name and this is a case of fraud."

"THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD!!! Do not use them. They are not Allegiant. but pose as the airline. They use false vouchers to buy your ticket and when the airline figures it out your flight will be canceled. do your self a favor and call Allegiant directly."
