"My dad recently traveled to and from Mexico with this company and had the worst experience. The passengers were threatened that if they wanted to get home safe to give the driver money. Then they got to the border and they left my dad and 4 other ppl. They didn't wait for them or even tell them they were leaving. They even took their luggage and they all all had to pay for another ticket with another bus company... Think more than twice before taking this bus company!!!!!"
